This isn’t just another gig… Each March, we celebrate Slow Karma’s birthday by putting on the biggest, boldest, most ambitious show we can.

This year: The Liquid Room, an iconic Edinburgh venue and a bucket list place to play for us.

This year we have a dozen dazzling guests who will join us on stage: Sithu Aye (guitar), Gloria Black (vocals), Dara Dubh (harp), Ayla Ersoy (vocals), Luci Holland (‘stunt’ oboe), Iona Lee (vocals), Justyna Jablonksa (cello & electronics), Cathal Murphy (vocals), Emma Jane Lloyd (violin & electronics), Aki Remally (guitar & vocals), Jose Rojas (percussion), and Becca Sloan (vocals).

The whole thing is to celebrate the musical community we’re part of and push ourselves somewhere new, while having a Saturday night to remember with our pals. In this era of AI slop, studio magic and streaming, we are bringing our very best, just for you, in real life, for one night only… We’d love to see you there.

After the sell-out success of our first “Evening with Slow Karma” show (in March 2025), we’re taking things to the next level. If you were there last time, you know the magic we’re talking about, if not, this is your chance to be part of something special.
